XBMC Alpha 4 and XBox 360 Wireless controller

Well, after searching and playing a bit I figured out how to setup the XBox 360 Wireless controller with the new Alpha 4 of XBMC [xbmc.org] using a simple program called Xpadder it allows you to use multiple profiles and a few other neat features. I have a simple config for Xpadder, I have uploaded it and I will be giving details as to what does what.

To install the my config files, open Xpadder, make sure the controller is on and connected.
Click the icons next to the drop down boxes (Controller and Note Pad)

Once that is done, you should be able to control the mouse with the left analog stick.

Please note to do this you will need:
Wireless Gaming Receiver
Wireless XBox 360 Controller
My Xpadder Config Files

The drivers for the Wireless Reciver can be installed via the "Search online" in the new device wizard, for Windows XP.

I want to thank sn0ut from the XBMC forums, I used his XBox S Controller layout as a template for mine.

I'm planning on using a wired xbox 360 controller. Is using Xpadder still necessary? Doesn't seem like it should be...

It is, because the keys mean nothing when pressed. So what Xpadder does is translate the "joystick" commands to keyboard commands. Sorry I missed your comment, I thought I had setup an Email notification.

works well. plugging and unplugging the wired controller brings up xpadder instantly.
